He could be, I hope he fights Ward or Martinez.

 

Ward might beat GGG, but he's not exactly the type of fighter to test a man's chin. He's got respectable power, but nothing that will put a man to sleep anytime soon.

Martinez would fight GGG exactly the way he fought Chavez, meaning lots of straight lefts and right jabs off the backfoot, and then clinching and spinning back to the center when on the ropes.

Could Martinez hurt/drop/stop GGG with a huge overhand left he leaned and twisted into like what he landed on Paul Williams? Of course he could. But he'd never fight GGG in such a way for an opportunity to throw that punch to present itself. GGG's chin wouldn't be truly tested against Martinez either, because fighting to test it would put him at more risk.

I'd wager GGG has a solid chin.

I like Qullin but this guy had his hands full with a middle of the road champ like N'dam. He couldnt finish N'Dam and even allowed him back into the fight late. Golovkin would have a reatively easy time with Peter. Qullin and his promoter want nothing to do with GolovKING anyhow.

well in all his fights he has fought absolutely no 1 worth mentioning..and sparring is just that...sparring...a middleweight sparring with heavyweights is not impressive,you see it EVERYDAY IN A BOXING GYM.

 

I've never seen a fighter get so much credit for sparring, he spars heavyweights but fights Junior Middle Weights, it would be like saying Canelo has a chin cause the 140 guys couldn't do ****, people really need to calm down with the greatness claims, he didn't look like what people claim against Rosado
