GGG has Iron Chin, spars & KO's Heavies,

He would bulk up to a solid 195, could he beat Chris Byrd, a former lighy heavy??

A small HW like Byrd - yes, Byrd himself - no.

 

Of course he wouldn't.

 

Paul Willams at 147 would spar Glen Johnson and other Light Heavies and basically hold his own. It didn't stop him from getting knocked out by a small MW [at the time] in Sergio Martinez.

The question is, what are these HW's Golovkin is sparring with? A real skilled HW would knock Golovkin out, he's no defensive genius, he got tagged by old Ouma and Rosado hit him too.

 

Not someone at world level like byrd. A journeyman with a below .500 record maybe.

Byrd is way....wayy to slick and had a really solid beard. No way he comes close to stopping him. Byrd feasts on plodders.
