I was talking about someone finally having GGGs ###....like I said....Dorticos could probably take him down when GGGs 40, Beterbiev and Usyk as well.
Hell, Wilder could probably KHTFO ...one of them whoever lands first type fights.

Smith may be as strong and push GGG back but there are levels. If their power is equal (it is not) then their skills are miles apart.

Smith is a good fighter, bonafide puncher, but I don't give him credit for taking out a 51 yr old legend. I give him more credit for koing a durable prime light heavyweight in Fonfara. Legit one punch power. He's very basic tho, Ggg would outclass him, outjab the bigger man, counterpunch the hell outta Smith, and tko him. Ggg doesn't have to hit as hard, but he hits hard enough to wear down light heavyweights.

We'll never see GGG north of 168, so it's a mute point who would win this fight. The most he will ever be is a two-weight world champion and time is ticking for that too....

GGG is a big 168lber and Smith is a big 175lber, the size difference isn't that big, only the difference in 1 division.

It wouldn't surprise me if GGG beat his as, old man bhop wasn't getting humiliated, far from it really.

The thing is its just a fantasy fight but GGG needs to make it a reality if he wants his legacy to match his legend.

Some might call me a hater but perception and reality are quite different, I am a fan.

GGG is the best fighter at 160 and he could potentially be an atg p4p, but his resume is trash. Beating Jacobs makes it a little better but there isn't a win at 160 or especially below (I rate Jacobs a better win than beating iddy biddy Canelo) thats going to improve his legacy to match his reputation.

The only way he does that is moving up to 175 and winning there, winning belts at 168 is fine but 175 is the real deal, he beats them an unifies and we can put him on the SSR conversation.

175lbs is far deeper than 168 let alone the tad pole pool of 160

Joe Smith Jr is a big dude. I didn't realize how big he was until he started laying leather on BHOP... He's got some good punch placement too, he's no average Joe!!:risas3: No pun intended!

I don't like that comparison because Groves is like GGG, he's a weight bully.

GGG, Jermall Charlo, Groves, CEJ @ 160, these guys are big dudes.

I liken them to thoroughbreds, muscular guys that are just in proportion big, they are big everywhere. They obviously cut a ton of weight.

Fight night weights are utter trash, these guys easily weigh 20+ more than weigh in weights.

I had a discussion a few weeks ago with a guy on here that fight night weights were trash and that the tv companies make them up and fighters like Cotto claim they have never been weighed fightnight. This guy treated them like gospel, nek minute Charlo weighs high 150s and is smaller than JRock according to pbc and this guy hits the roof, makes me laugh.
