Anything is possible in boxing.....with that said I would give Cotto the slight nod in a tough fight that shows two warriors with hearts made of bull balls. Cotto would probably stop Hatton around the 8th round.
I think its been proven Hatton isn't a welterweight. The two big body punchers could make for a good fight, as long as Joe Cortez isn't in charge breaking up the fight before any body punches can be thrown.

Yes, he could, but it is unlikely! He has far more of a chance than he ever did agains Floyd because of styles. I would pick Cotto by UD though.
