    No Cortez enforced the Marquis of Queensbury rules the same as ANY ref does in boxing. There was no problem with his referring. As usual this is just another paltry excuse bandied around by Hatton zealots. The one thing that is very apparent about Ricky is he has an awful amount of excuses and his fans have no problems lapping it all up.
