Dont see it , a few too many quality younger guys there. I like Pavlik but he was somewhat tailormade for Hopkins that night and as big an admirer of Hopkins as I have become , I still think that fight flattered a little.

You've got Bute , Kessler , Froch , Ward , Andrade and so many more good young guys. I can see Hopkins maybe beating any one of them on any given night but not clearing out the division.

That said , if he did , they would have to cast the ****er in Bronze and mount him outside the HOF !

No, he'd lowball all of them and the fights wouldn't happen :)

I don't think he's got enough left you beat 3 top quality smw to unify the division at this stage in his career.

    Word.

No, Kessler and Froch beat him at 168lbs. It would take him 2 years to fight those 2 and Bute.

Not now - perhaps if he had moved to 168 before going to 175. As of now - Hopkins has settled into 175. A move down to 168 could be very debilitating on his body.

Beats Froch looses to Kessler. Froch's style is too limited.

    2/3 years ago... Yes.

He would have beat Calzaghe at 168 if he'd moved there straight after the Taylor fights.

Now, no. To unify the division now would take too long and he would age too much by the 2nd or 3rd fight.
