Could Iron-Chinned Bantamweights Take Flush Shots From Prime Paulie???

    We know Paulie can't crack an egg at or around his the weight classes that he competed in, but could he crack the jaws of iron-chinned bantams?

    Paulie rocked Juan Diaz. The **** you expect would happen to a bantamweight?

    The whole idea that Paulie couldn't punch is ridiculous. His bad hands led to **** technique, meaning mostly arm punches and open palm slaps. But if he hit you clean with the knuckles, you felt it.
    Ask Senchenko. Paulie outclassed him and broke him down.

    Considering they weigh 30 pounds less at a minimum, most likely. Malignaggi could still bust people up pretty well, look at the Senchenko fight for example. Some bantamweights could probably take his hits but not too many, size counts for a lot when facing people with good boxing technique.

    I've seen bantamweights with heads the size of HWs who could probably take a few flush shots from MW punchers

    That pudgy 140 pounder who fought Ergashev the other day had a massive melon and his ability to take flush bomb after flush bomb from a genuine puncher in Ergashev was ridiculous. I'd wager he could stand up to a few flush shots from LHW bangers

    If Paulie had no power then people would have just walked through him with their hands down. I can't remember any fighter that did that, Egginton tried and got rocked.

    Sam didn't get rocked. Even if he did, getting rocked after receiving a 10 punch combo means the other guy has pillows.

    Yes. Don't forget those guys cut weight too a lot of the time. Paulie couldn't crack an egg.
