Dempsey's aggression will overcome the Height & Reach that Fury has and when he does repeatedly, Fury is done... and not just Dempsey but loads of tough, strong, fearless punchers would do it also.

Height & Reach is usually going to win it for many of these S-HW's, but a severely wanting & vulnerable Fury is not one of them

Indeed, if this happened against Dempsey it's all over for Fury, Dempsey would finish him. I give Dempsey the edge over Fury in this match up, I like Fury but a prime Dempsey is too much.
