Could Joe Calzaghe still be undefeated if he fought Roy Jones Jr's opponents?

I honestly don't remember having scored Pac-JMM II for JMM. Maybe I did, but I have no recollection of doing so. All I can do is reiterate my earlier point - I am happy to post the cards and stand fully behind them. These are two fights where I am very comfortable in my cards, as I've watched them both many times. I don't imagine I will ever change them again as I believe they are definitive now. I would be happy to explain and justify any argument with any specific round you'd like to query. :good

1 point to 4 points isn't such a jump I don't think. It could conceivably be seeing two rounds differently to before, which isn't much in fights which are tricky to interpret.

Wake me up when this guy says anything that's actually relevant to how boxing is scored.

Who said Bhop is an ATG @LHW:patsch . . . and yes he won the fight. it was kinds close but clear win for Bhop. Bhop lost on the cards before the fight even happened with his dumbass white boy comment. Its a shame so many so called fans do not know how to score a fight

What rounds after round 4 did you give to Hopkins?

We seem to have opposite views on Lewis & Calzaghe, I don`t see that changing any time soon.

Calzaghe wouldn't be undefeated if he fought Hopkins' opponents.

All fair enough, but I think I can justify my opinion on Lewis (who I'm not a major fan of). Your overrating of Calzaghe seems to be based on the fact that you like him and consider yourself a fan. His resume is feeble, compared to the genuinely special fighters of his era.

I`ve been thru the Calzaghe/Lewis thing far too many times, it takes too long going thru both their careers & explaining why Lewis record is not vastly superior to Calzaghe`s as some like to believe.... I also think Calzaghe has him beat on ability + he`s showed more grit in tough fights/off nights which to me is a huge part of being a `great fighter.`

I have been following boxing for too long to think that having a zero at the end of his record means he`s better, that shits for casual fans that don`t know any better BUT sometimes I think Joe`s zero works the opposite way, I don`t think he would have as much dislike if he had 1 or 2 losses tbh, people that weren`t fans of Calzaghe never got the chance to see him humbled in the ring & I think they dig extra deep into his record & career to pick holes in it because of it.

    JMO.

His lack of losses don't come into it for me, I judge him on the guys he fought/beat and how he looked doing it, the zero is unimportant. If anything, it's a strength in my eyes because it proves consistency, a string to his bow.

I think you're dead wrong about the Lewis/Calzaghe debate, but different strokes and all that.

This is true. Roy fought one of my uncle's friends actually.
He was a part time Mall worker.
But it was only one incident, I don't know if more then one ever occurred.
