Could Joey Giardello go the distance with Bob Foster?

    Giardello fought some absolutely monsterous punchers at middleweight...Given his chin and his style, would he be able to go the distance against possibly the hardest hitting lightheavyweight of all time?
    What other middleweight could possibly be able to? Not (m)any I'm sure...

    I don't think Giardello could hang in there with Foster, no matter how tough he is. He just never faced someone that big with that much power. Foster by KO.

    You are very possibly correct...I was thinking about Henry Hank when typing this thread.

    It wouldn't be a fair matchup for Giardello, as Foster would be too big as a natural lightheavy and is such a devastating puncher as well. Not a good matchup.
