That said, JCC not being able agaisnt Margarito would have NO relevance in a possible Manny fight or have anything to do w/Pac whatsoever...

margarito was in great shape against anyone other than manny floyd or paul williams i think he would have won today , against juilo i think it would be a tough fight it could go either way , you have to remember he was in with pacquiao not just any guy , i tink margarito could have a chance against julio though

JCC was a **** Welter anything above and he loses to the likes of Grover Wiley let alone Margarito. I bet there are some fools here that believe JCC would beat Yuri Foreman too at 154.

135lbs JCC destroys 150+lbs Margo. Put any ATG at his natural best fighting weight they'll own much bigger fighters. Now, put a 150+ JCC your putting in a bloated, slower, less effective fighter and that would be more evenly matched. Margarito is no where close to what JCC was. Only thing he had close to resembling JCC was the chin. That was all. JCC lost to Grover Wiley when he was way past his prime. That's about as relevant as Leonard losing to Norris.

You do know that was when JCC was way way way way past his prime and also had to be well over 40.

The only people JCC had problems with were slick boxers. A brawler like Margarito would get beaten up and possibly stopped by JCC.
