Kosta's skills were degrading ever since he become professional. In amateurs he was incredible, I never've seen more skilled amateur. Couple of years into pros he started loosing his slickness and started adding a power component to his game. Saying that, Kosta wins in amateurs, PBF wins in pros.
When Floyd first started moving up he was constantly talking about wanting to fight Kostya Tzyu, which makes me think he knew he could beat him.
