I feel it would be interesting to see if Holmes could take Wildder`s right hand the way he took Shavers devastating right hand and maybe the best way to beat Wilder was to get inside a throw a lot of solid shots the way Rocky did, kinda how Hearns in his weight classes was less effective when shorter armed fighters bullrushed him, Wilder never fights at a fast pace, would even of these former champs beat Wilder and could eityher man knock Wilder out?

At this point in his career either of those men would have won. Both had the skills to get the job done. If Wilder is able to make adjustments to his style I may change my opinion

I feel as if Marciano vs Wilder would look something akin to Hagler vs Hearns (not to compare Tommy Hearns to Deontay Wilder, they're on the opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to punch accuracy)

Holmes outboxes Wilder no question. Wilder would have all sorts of problems with that perfect jab and no question in my mind that Shavers hits harder than Wilder (and every boxer ever)

Holmes clowns the living sh*t out of him and wins every round.

Marciano got hit too much. Getting hit too much by Wilder is not a good idea.

Actually, I feel as if Wilder would have all sorts of problems with Marciano's crouch defense, especially for the windmill right

Who has Wilder beat to ever consider him beating Holmes or Marciano. Come on Mark it's getting beyond tiresome

No with Marciano I was tinking about the size and reach also I don`t think Marciano ever met anyone with kind of power.

How do you feel Wilder`s right hand compares to Shavers? He`s certainly got faster hands than Shavers had. What was Shavers reach?

I see Marciano getting low, (esp since Wilder doesn't know when to, or really how to use the uppercut) Focus his attack to staying close , going to the body, breaking Wilder down, stopping Wilder late. Holmes would completely and comprehensively school Wilder, beat him worse than Marciano would.

But he`s long 6'7 very hard for Rocky to reach up that high while getting past the 83 inch reach with his 68 inch reach and Wilder even at his weight v Fury at 212lbs was still very heavy compared to the modern cruiserweight body of Rocky.

M.Tyson would have also used those tactics v Wilder, I feel it would be the perfest way to beat him.

However tall and rangy Wilder is, he still only weighs 212 lbs.

That is a manageable weight differential, for a 190lb fighter.

Even the size card, which is the one that can normally be played against Marciano, isn't particularly compelling in this instance!
