Traditionally no, but in today's market he probably could get a PPV fight.

Whether a fight is PPV worthy or not is subjective and depends on what criteria you use, but in today's market there's multiple fights Smith could hypothetically have next that would be PPV e.g Eubank II, GGG, Charlo, Saunders, Brook, Tszyu, Munguia II.

No he's not a star. He's what you call a very good trade fighter with a massive chip on his shoulder. He's too sour and miserable looking to endear himself to fans, commercial sponsors and TV companies.

He'll need a good name to fight and a strong undercard. Smith sells well to the purists and he has a huge following in Liverpool & Manchester. It's not impossible for him to sell on PPV, I don't think. Just needs to be managed well and I hope he gets a chance to headline again as he's a seasoned pro that has fought around the world and hasn't ducked anyone. I wonder how much the 'gay' comments have affected his marketability, though. Alot is being made of that, seems to be in the media often.

Dominic Ingle said he doesn't like the Smith fight for Brook as he feels Kell would struggle to get motivated for camp. Not a fight he would want to train Kell for. All good saying he wouldn't want to train Kell for the Smith fight but there is no way he would turn it down if Kell picked up the phone.

Feels the Benn fight would see a more motivated Kell. I disagree and think after that win for smith Kell would put the work in and not cut corners.

Plus on the same interview Dominic was saying silly stuff about Ben Shalom and how he thinks Shalom would have wanted Eubank to win which makes no sense at all.

Honestly don't know where he got that opinion from.

it's all I see this week. He's having to apologise like he chinned Alan Carr. He said a silly comment in the heat of fight week. It is nothing.

In Britain on ppv vs GGG, Brook, Eubank 2, Benn, either Charlo, Munguia 2. I would love to see him vs GGG if GGG he has anything left. In the USA that should only be DAZN though. Smith is big right now.
