Could Los Angeles supplant Las Vegas as the boxing capital?

    Yeah, i don't like Vegas. The crowd seems dead. Like they show up cause they have too or something. Not loud.

    Its possible but unlikely.Dodger Stadium held tripleheader 62,Luis Rodriquez W15 Emile Griffith Welter Title,Robert Cruz ko1 Battling Torres JR welter title &Sugar Ramos ko12 Davey Moore Feather title, sadly Moore died 3 days later brain injury hitting neck on lower ring rope.

    I haven't been to Vegas, perhaps as much for my penchant for excessive gambling as anything else.

    I think holding it anywhere in England or in Phillipines would open up boxing to a much larger audience.

    Something wihch HBO *sorry, DLH - he runs HBO* should consider.

    Would it not cost more to get to the Phillipines? I know someone who went (from England) and i think his return was over 1k!
