It doesn't matter if he knew or not. His trainer his manager his promoter and who ever else is on his team works for him.
In relationship to him as a boxer. This goes for any boxer. If there was illegale wraping in his gloves. Rather he knew about it or not he has to be held accountable.

Another poll that proves nearly half of the posters on ESB are at least semi ******ed.

its actually quite interesting witnessing the switch in stance regarding margo, the way people are not seeing him as a disgrace but more a wronged innocent.

had i done this poll a few months ago it would be nearly 90% i reckon.

i know the panel themselves didnt have much boxing experience but they are surely experts in their field, and there must be enough evidence to dismiss margo's claims.

like when the commissions wouldnt give valero a licence, i thought they was chatting out their arse, but then he ended up becoming a psycopathic killer so...

it aint just cali that have turned him down, nevada have also. i believe they have enough reason.

Could he be innocent? 100% yes.
Do I think he's innocent? I'm betting on not.

I believe this has been asked before.

By definition alone he is guilty. The boxer is wholly responsible for the actions of his cornermen and handlers during a contest.
    Guilty.

It's BS he knew. Just like Vargas used to say he didn't know about his trainer slipping steroids in his supplements.

However I think he should be allowed to fight again. He's going to be scrutinized closer than ever. I think the fans and his past opponents deserve to see how good he really is.

It would be surprising that there are so many gullible people on this forum if I hadn't seen it over and over again. I could convince these tools that Luis Resto didn't know about his gloves and that Panama Luis is innocent if only they developed some new ties to the Pac/Arum circus. It's like dealing with a bunch of 12 year olds.

    Really? Naz said that?

I was not sure what to vote since, like the TS said, i never boxed. But if Naz said that then my answer is a "yes".

Margarito may be guilty but the plausibility of his innocence definitely exists.

The evidence that exists is enough to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt only if you have an agenda and are already leaning towards guilty in the first place. Anyone with an open mind knows that there is enough inconsistencies to cast a reasonable doubt on his guilt.

SO YES, Margarito could have been innocent!

In your biased fantasy world. He is looking at his hands as they are wrapped. Who in there right mind would concoct a scheme to help him cheat without his knowledge?

    Exactly. :deal

Anyone suggesting that the chances of Margarito being innocent are totally nonexistent has got to have his head up his ass.

Margarito could have been innocent, but the witch hunt continues. The criminal commission decided that they would not approve his license because they claimed he did not have a sparring license! LOL! It is a witch hunt.

Did Tito know about his illegal hand wraps? Nobody asks that.
