could margarito take a middleweight punch?

    theres no doubt he has the best chin at WW and one of the best in the world in all of boxing, the way he was able to walk through cintron's hardest right hands and even smile at him. didn't even bother him at all.

    could you see him taking the best punches from guys like pavlik and abraham? :think

    i was wondering that myself the other day,whether margo could take a pavlik right hand?i think he could,but not a fights worth.

    Pavlik would knock him out. Sure he can take A punch from a middleweight, but Middleweights are capable of throwing punches at him that will put him to sleep also.

    He has a great chin, no doubt in my mind, but Cintron only knocked out class C opponents, I don't consider him a boxer with great power. Let's see what happens on July 26th.

    Considering that he shook the punch off after seconds and had Santos (who weighted in about 170+ in that fight) on the verge of KO, I would say it's very probable.

    Hell no there's a reason why he drains shows up on fight night weighing 160+ and fighting guys smaller than him for a reason. It's because he can't deal with people bigger than him.

    Pretty much ... though maybe not a Pavlik .. in fact though there is even a lightheavyweight 'champ' that he could fight and take punches from all day and never get shaken once. :yep

    Based off of this, he recoved extraordinarily well.

    BUT....

    Miranda, Pavlik, and Abraham would KO him.
