Mayweather is too slick and clever to have to take a big punch like that, but if it did land I think Floyd would take the punch. He might be a bit buzzed but would recouperate and then come back.
The mans leagues ahead of the others

Floyd would buckle and clinch for dear life in my estimation.

Probably not... he'd definitely clinch for life... but as many have said.. Floyd would not get hit with that shot

Hagler wouldve ate that punch like like it was a prime rib. He wouldn't have even slowed down. Question is, can Manny take the punch Hearns put on Duran.

You wouldn't hit mayweather like that. Ever.

In any case Floyd has an iron chin

ricky hatton was a brit wimp with a glass jaw and terrible. mayweather fights on. hatton went to sleep. typical brit to fold on contact.

YES but it would have wobbled him and hurt him like the Mosley Punch, not sure if he would have been Knocked CLEAN OUT like Hatton

He did not bait Hatton.. :nono
Look at Hatton's face, does he look bothered with the lazy jab you are talking about? That's his usual style, going forward with his hands up but obviously not protecting the chin.. :nono

He timed him and landed it. He tried to land the same exact punch moments before he eventually landed it and Hatton was still wide open for it. That kind of punch is timed/planned.

If Marquez could take it, Floyd could too. Sounds unmathematical, but there is a point. Floyd didn't last long in this sport on skills alone. He's taken some shots. You mother****ers hate Floyd so much that you don't remember fights he took hard shots in. Other fighters took Pacquiaos straight left, but Floyd can't take that shot. Phony mother****ers.
