Could Pac use the drug test as an excuse if he loses?

    Yes, I do believe Golden Boy is insinuating that the NSAC's testing methods aren't effective, and they're 100% correct in doing so.

    Anytime a guy tries to avoid a test I assume he's probably dirty, but then again I don't have those Pacquiao tinted glasses on clouding the **** outta my vision. I'm not a huge Floyd fan either. I just like the idea of using the best available testing methods in every sport because I'm sick and tired of cheating.

    please can you tell me the difference between test done before or during the fight and the test right after the fight

    will it draw different results?
