Could Pacquiao have cherry picked anyone harder than Antonio Margarito?

I'm dumb because I cited 6 different reasons clearly demonstrating how Pac cherry picked Margarito. All 6 facts I presented were obvious to any non-biased observer, and were all things leading up to the fight and so how Pac performed was not only irrelevant but pre-determined. Not only could you not refute any one of my 6 points but you tried to change the topic to disguise the fact you had no defense because it is indefensible.

Really the only point I had to make was that Shane Mosley, someone not even on the top 10 p4p list dominated Margarito in such a one sided fashion that it was surprising he actually fought after it. This was Margarito's last real fight and over 2 years ago because he was suspended, and you can somehow justify the number 1 p4p fighting him after that?

Oh wait you can't and that is why you ignored the obvious main point any non Pac obsessed person can clearly see, as well as the other 5 ones for the truly Pac obsessed losers.

    Check-"mate"

Pac and Mayweather only fight for the money they have nothing left to prove.

The only fight real fans want to see is Pac vs Mayweather.

Until that fight happens, they will both pick there opponents carefully, because as soon as one of them loses it will be "see I told you that guy wasnt **** and if he still wants to fight me I demand 90% of the purse, because as i mentioned that guy aint **** !"

I can't justify a fighter fighting another big name fighter because people call him the best fighter? I don't think I need to justify it, nor do I care to, because it makes no difference to me. You don't get this kind of thinking in other sports. No one has to justify the Lakers playing the Dumpwater City Wazoos because they lost to the Spurs or any kind of ridiculousness like that. Why do boxers need justification to fight anyone, let alone another star fighter? It's senseless to me, Hamilton. While being a very, very big star Ray Robinson fought and obliterated journeymen. Guys not on the level of a Margarito or even the level of the guy Margarito beat just before Pac and after Shane. He also went back and trounced the bejesus out of fighters he'd already knocked out. Why do you give a rat's rectum, man? Get over yourself, fighters don't need your approval to fight. Don't buy, don't watch, no one will miss you, I promise.

In the end, is there any opponent for Pac outside of Floyd or some middleweight champ that won't be considered as cherry picking or at least won't be viewed as an easy fight for Pac?

Like I said on my other post, Pacquiao IS ON TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN. No matter who he chooses to fight, it will still appear as though he is cherrypicking. When you are the BEST, you can't fight someone BETTER than you.

Look bro's, Cotto looked shot and traumatized from Margarito in the Clottey fight he's not the same fighter. Did Margarito not get caught trying to use plaster and then proceed to get Ko'd in 8 rounds by Mosley you don't find that suspicious. Did DLH not weigh 145lbs and get his eye socket fractured by Steve Forbes in his previous fight. He should have fought Mosley after Hatton but instead said Mosley was not a PPV attraction, now Mosley who is going to be 2 years older than when he fought Margarito is good to go, not to mention coming off 2 losses?:-D

He didn't beat these guys at their peak he cherry picked them.

The flaw with your argument is that the Lakers play everyone. If we run with your example of basketball, then if Pac were a basketball team he would be only playing the Clippers, Bulls, et. The whole point is you can't justify, and hence didn't even attempt to, Margarito as an opponent. Since Pac is the 1 p4p fighter, he is the reigning champion, and all of his fights should be similar to the NBA finals in which the 2 best teams are facing off against each other. However in your Pac obsessed league the reigning champions who have made it to the finals are not only picking a specific team to play against, but they are picking the one in which they have the least chance to lose against(Clippers)

The bottom line is that you do need to justice who the 1 p4p fighter fights if you want him to be able to keep that title. If he is fighting people who have no chance against him despite him being the supposed best, and another fighter on the list has fought and won nothing but tough fights that could have gone either way, than he no longer deserves to have the title of 1 p4p

there was someone who was supposed to be "better" than him but that someone won't fight.
