how is he going to close the distance without getting hit first then tied up.....

    jabbed first

pot shotted to shyt with the str8 right

Floyd is excellent at keepin a distance where he can hit you but you have to sellout damn near to hit him...

Pac doesnt jab when comming in

Doesnt close distance well at all

    lunges in wreckless

i mean outside of a bomb from him......he's fukked Floyd will simply tie his ass up and walk him into traps alllllllll night

Floyd will not engage Pac will get impatient and frustrated and get real sloppy....he's fukked...no matter what year

when they met in the ring, i believe roach will tell Pac to start slow or defensively (Floyd Style)..
They will let Mayweather do his thing to confuse Floyd and make every round close..
Then the aggressive Pac comes in the later rounds, this will test floyd's ability to adapt quicky..
I still believe Pac has 50% chance against Floyd

Neither fighter really wanted this fight. I blame them both, maybe something like this:

60% "I am a rich scared coward", "All the sudden he is just decides i'm walkin' through Cotto, walkin' through Mosley", "I fight for money not legacy, legacy won't pay my bills".

40% "talk to my promoter", "Blood test esh less pair to me because i'm smaller than him", "Pipty Pipty or no pight".

Anyone who thinks that it wasn't a double Rupaul has poor observational skills.

Ultimately they both opted to avoid one another to protect their own legacy and not help prop up the other. In a word; EGO got the better of them both.

Yes he could have. Pacquiao's style is the perfect style to trouble Mayweather. He's southpaw, has serious power in both hands, serious speed, active, can cut off the ring and is intelligent in the ring despite reckless tendencies. An active fighter is the style to trouble Mayweather. Someone that will be in his face all night, constantly throwing and constantly forcing Mayweather to counter and work. Add to that the speed and power factors and he could seriously trouble Mayweather wherever he lands. I would love to see how Mayweather can handle Pacquiao's style and how he could keep him off. Sadly we will never know because the fight didn't happen when it mattered the most(2010-2011). All depends on how Pacquiao looks in his return, if he still has the fire and activity then this fight remains the hottest ticket.

Nope, not a chance. It's his fault for what he did to Hatton, Cotto, and Margarito. Floyd doesn't want any of that beating even if he is sure to win according to his die hard fans..

a short fighter that falls-in with his hands down will never beat a guy on Floyd's level...or JMM's level:D

Manny has ZERO inside game and is wide open down the middle.

He is called "pretty boy Floyd". He wants to preserve his face. Doesn't want the PAC warrior to touch that ......

I agree with you, Pac seems an easy fight for Floyd but there must be some reasons why the whole Mayweather clan is scared of this fight. Perhaps they are seeing a probability of embarrassing loss for Floyd which ordinary fans could not even imagine.

    about 30% chance,

Mayweather has advantage in timing, technique, footwork, ring I.Q., Accuracy, and of course defense
Pacquiao's advantage is power and higher workrate.

Speed I'd say is a toss up, possibly mayweather. :smoke

no bias I'm from the philippines

When has he ever shown he was good at cutting off the ring, and when was his last stoppage the power is way overrated he kills with speed. When this fight happens it will be a lot of sad folks I got Money by UD.
