PEDs do not improve punch resistance. If this was the case then MMA fighters would most certainly not be getting dropped by jabs on a regular basis.

Sorry, but that seemed to be the gist of your statement, that Pac was flattened by Torrecampo and then magically developed an ability to absorb punches via PEDs. If that wasn't your original intent, I'd be keen to hear what it was. Secondly, if you haven't seen MMA fighters being dropped by jabs, you don't watch enough of it. It happens at least once on just about every card.
