A fighter who won by stoppage didn't win in your eyes? Ok.

He did win in everyone else's and in reality, so your initial comment is demonstrably incorrect.

    Yeah, knockouts don’t count now.

So are you being serious, or are you the troll that many posters believe you to be?

Best case scenario is that Leonard loses 11-1 like Mosley.

We can’t say for sure what Ray would have been like at 37. But I think that the Norris version could have done okay against the version of Canelo who Floyd fought.

It would have been a completely different fight stylistically.

    He’d be outclassed.

    I don’t think so.

Again, it’s just a different stylistic fight.

Ray looked poor against Norris, and yes, he was genuinely faded. But Norris also made him look poor, due to his attributes and the stylistic match up for him.

I think that Ray would have looked decent against a lesser fighter, or against someone where it was a more favourable stylistic match up.

Canelo couldn’t win a round off of Floyd and he barely beat Lara, because his kryptonite is speed and movement.

He may have found it hard getting to Ray.

So I don’t see a beat down. He just wasn’t as offensive or as aggressive as Norris.

A 37 year old Leonard would be trash compared to Trout and Lara. End of story.

We don’t know what he would have been like.

    I said the Norris version.

Don’t hype up those guys just because Canelo fought them.

There was nothing great about Austin Trout.

A better question would be: could Leonard start at 130 lbs then fight all the way up to jr. Middle and through the age of 40 and still retire undefeated ?

With no eye issues to deal with and a drop of difficulty in threats opposed to when he fought I like his chances. A lot of buts tho we're dealing w hypotheticals anyways.

In order to achieve comparable of what mayweather did, ( since he started at welter not jr. Light )Leonard would have to be winning belts at light heavy and cruiser and doing it while being in his mid late thirties.

He also couldn't slim down to 130.

The Lalonde fight was bs lol. Still him beating Hagler impresses me more than anything FMJ did but thats just my preference.

Its still a huge accomplishment to get those titles and have the discipline to do it as long as FMJ. Yes he can't compare in quality wins but you only can fight who's in front of you .

Benitez Hearns and Duran beat him. Hagler is too heavy so won't go there. On a side note I favor Camacho and Norris over Floyd too.
