let's start Floyd on more even terms and make him a natural welter, adjusting his size accordingly under the same conditions as Leonard

Make Ray a 130 pounder while keeping his original attributes

Does Ray go as far as Floyd?

    Didn't think so

Whatever Ray does, Floyd does better

He’d have needed power to have beaten Hearns, because that’s the ONLY way that he could be beaten, as history proved.

Duran, Hagler, Ray, Benitez and Hill couldn’t outbox him.

At 5’8, neither could Floyd have.

He wouldn’t have accumulated enough points against a great boxer, with a great jab, who stood at 6’1 with a huge 78” reach.

Benitez is just a mediocre version of Mayweather.

    No.

Did you just call the 5th member of the Fab 4 "mediocre"?

In comparison to Mayweather, absolutely. He did everything worse.

That's what I've been saying. It's a thread set to stack the deck against Floyd because this person objects to the success floyd has achieved

    but numbers don't lie

Anything Leonard did, Floyd did better

    That's fab four. there's no
Floyd is faster than Wilfred and would handle him easily

benitez is overrated, and wasn't the winner Floyd is.

certainly, no one would ever confuse him for the world's first billion dollar athlete with a 50 - 0 record

Whatever Benitez did, Floyd did better

It is not a fair thread I agree but Leonard did certain things better. Just think of the edge in power, combinations punching and punch output

Floyd would have handled him easily?

Yeah, because he fought and beat lots of guys like Benitez in his career, right??

Another day, another dumb post where you must be trolling for some much needed attention.

Did Floyd throw combos better than Leonard? Did he KO guys better than Leonard did?

Mayweather’s combos were more accurate and he left himself less vulnerable when throwing them.

Mayweather’s power was enough to get the respect of Canelo, Pacquiao, Mosley, and are La Hoya. That’s enough.
