I don't mean this as a trollish question, I do not really follow Povetkin, but do watch Wlad. Does Povetkin look impressive in the past or is he just another carefully constructed hype job who has been crushing the same cans as Wlad?

Like we all knew Haye was going to lose to Wlad, is it more or less assumed he will beat povetkin and povetkin will fight like a girl who fights to survive. Or is Povetkin actually going to try to fight to win. With the exception of Chisora, I notice most of Wlad's recent opponents have been fighting to survive rather than win. Does anyone know if Povetkin will try to win or will he just try to not get knocked out and make up 100 excuses afterwards?

    point 1: Povetkin is fat

point 2: you use fat as arguably the most derogatory term in relation to boxers. As a reminder, re-read your previous posts, as you accentuate on the following boxers :Sam Peter, James Toney, Tony Thompson, all of whom were fat and labeled their achievements/capabilities negated by the said fact.

now, armed with these premises, come to an informed conclusion.

Yes ofc he can beat him. However Wladimir has looked unstoppable but that is mainly due to low oppisition. Povetkin is a good fighter alot better then Mormeck, Pianeta and Wach.

The only guy I even gave a remote chance of beating Wladimir was David haye but he had the wrong tactic.

It's possible of course, though not very likely.
Problem for Povetkin is, he doesn't have a single physical advantage over Wlad and doesn't do anything better also. So it comes down to luck and form.

Workrate:think? I know that it's a stretch but Povetkin could conceivably outwork Wlad over 12 rounds...though he hasn't had to do that in years and he hasn't ever faced a puncher like Wlad before.

    Wlad Klitschko never fought Chisora.

How can people still get Vitali and Wlad mixed up?

I don't think even his workrate is better. He looked gassed halfway through the bout with Huck. Povetkin is a good fighter, but W. Klitschko is better than him in every aspect of boxing.

he has less than 5% chance of beating Wlad, he does have fast hands and great combinations, but he is incredibly slow on his feet in comparison to Wlad, he also has little to no head movement and will eat Wlad's jab with his face

I'm predicting that his corner pull him out around the 10th

In the Huck fight he was willing to engage. Thats the first most important thing that most of W.Klitschko' s Oponents are not willing to Do.

So if he does he might give a better fight then most.

50-50 and ill edge it to Povektin.

Home town advantage and Wlad is strating to slow down. If slow as **** , no skill Pianeta can get through with hooks, Sasha is going to look like Mike Tyson is there.

Povektin will jab to the body frequently , something all the other victims forgot to do. If Wlads legs go and his heavy arms drop , its all over for him.

Wlad cant match Povektin on punch output or stamina.

Of course he can. People seem to be forgetting that this is the best hw match up since Lewis was about. Povetkin has everything in his locker. I would go as far to say that he is the most underrated fighter on the entire forum. The types that come out with sheer excrement regularly on here like "Povetkin is ****", "Povetkin's the worst World champion of all time" "Povetkin gets KO'd in 2 by Klitschko, total mismatch" should quite frankly be banned on the spot or at the very least give serious thought to taking up a new hobby.

Povetkin can beat Waldo from the inside and stop him. With his chin, handspeed, and head movement he's basically like a more sturdy and mentally tough version of Mike Tyson.

Haye is not even close to the level of a Povetkin. Haye has decent power in his right hand. Nowhere near the power of even a David Price I might add. As well as decent footspeed while on the back foot, that's about it really.

Wrong tactics? Pah! What nonsense. Haye is technically awful and this was shown in great detail as he lost a clear 12-0 shut out to Waldo by anybody's sensible score card.

    One WLad has a eggchin.
