    No. Very few people stop even that Foreman. Dempsey isn't one of them

    Prime George Foreman is level they'd need to be at

    But Briggs didn't try to knock him out. He pranced away for the whole fight. If Jack comes and tries he might end up getting knocked out himself.

    The difference in speed would be crazy, I think he could get a TKO with a modern ref.
