Is it possible that Qawi could replicate Rocky's feats? Who stops him doing it?

I think Walcott stops him doing it. He has to first get past Walcott and its not happening. Qawi was tough though, he'd be exciting and capable to extend all of them but really he can't beat those champions. Lastarza and ****el he has more chance against obviously.

When you see the fighters, big heavyweights Walcott and Charles handled like Elmer Ray, Joe Baksi you just can't see Qawi doing that. as good as he was beating on a washed up Leon Spinks was. I don't think it cuts it.
Giving a very young and quite inexperienced Evander Holyfeild good rounds was still a losing effort. The way Micheal Spinks out thought Qawi was well within the grasp of Charles, Walcott and Moore. But like I say it starts with Walcott, he's not getting past him. Any way you look at it its a mission impossible.

I don't see Qwai beating Charles, Walcott or Moore .. however he did belong in the ring with all three at that point ..

I dont see him getting to the top of the division, he may lose to many before he gets to the top, I see him losing to Charles,Moore,Walcott,Harold Johnson,Maxim,Layne,LaStarza,Valdes,Satterfield, etc. In fact I dont see him getting the light-heavyweight title in that era

Qawi went toe to toe with the greatest cruiserweight ever Holyfield who was about the same weight as marcianos opponents..he took foreman who outweighed him by 40/50 pounds seven rounds and was winning that fight...Qawi might defeat Marciano himself, let along his opponets,he had similar style, much faster and had Frazier like work rate. Its not a question of could that's an obvious yes,the real question is would qawi be Marcianos toughest opponent?

I'm not meaning to offend anyone here but I can't see qawi beating as others have already said Moore , Walcott or Charles . I can't even make a case for qawi ever beating Charles , Charles was leagues above qawi

So basically Qawi would have to go undefeated in 43 fights before fighting Walcott for the title, right?
Something tells me he falls short, no reference to the vertically challenged Qawi's state intended.

He would be a exceptional challenger and contender, But I would not favor to beat all of the Rocks victims.

He would have a hell of a time against C0ckell, and Lastarza, and would not be favored against Walcott, EZ Charles, or even Louis.

I think it's absolutely staggering that anyone would suggest that Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore or Joe Walcott would lose to Dwight qawi.

I think the intent was to suggest the Marciano era was so uselessly equipped with smaller older heavyweights that a modern fighter "even smaller" than Rocky could achieve exactly the same thing.

Tommy Burns could have been offered but he was from too long ago to make the same point.
