See what happened to Bob Foster.

Jones only had one heavyweight fight, which was against a light punching blown up cruiserweight in Ruiz. I think Frazier would be too powerful. Frazier by mid rounds stoppage.

Frazier would tear his head off after a round or two .. take what Glen Johnson did to him and square it .. mismatch.

He could, but I'd say it's a 1 in 10 type of victory.

Over a trilogy he might squeak a points win first time out and get stopped in the next 2.

Roy has the ability to out point any boxer in history, might take a certain set of circumstances to align but with his speed you should never write him off.

I can see RJJ beating Bob Foster but not Joe Frazier. Not that kind of heavyweight. That style, the pressure, constantly on the attack.

Jones would be ok for about 3 or 4 rounds, then that hook lands, then Jones wakes up in Gainsville.

So years back, on Friday Night Fights, Kellerman said something to the effect of Jones being the greatest 200 pound fighter of all time. He somehow worked Frazier into the conversation. He caught hell from it from all sides. For a while, Kellerman was really high on Jones.

Nah, it'd have to be a terrible night for Joe for it not to be a brutal night for Roy.

Roy's speed would keep going for a few rnds but smoking Joe would catch up with him mid rnds good night.

I'm not sure Jones could beat Joe now.
