I'm curious as to what the ring magazine or any other faction for that matter, had in their heavyweight ratings for 1934-1935.

The purpose, is to find out if men like Walter Neusal, Steve Hamas, and Paulino Uzkadan were ranked. Additionally, I'm wondering what Max Schmeling was ranked right before he beat Joe Louis in 1936.

Incidently, were Hamas, Neusal, and Uzcadan rated when Schmeling beat them?

No Uzcudon had been no 3 the year before[28] .
Hamas was no 1 in 34 when he beat Max but unranked when Max beat him in the return ,same for Neusel, unranked.
