Could the Liverpool fans turn on Bellew if he pulls McKenzie tactics?

    If Bellew comes in to the fight running from Clev, we could see the fans get bored afer a few rounds.

    This would be heightened by the fact that Bellew has made so much noise about KOing Clev/putting him unconscious etc.

    If he kept boxing and moving and Clev started motioning for him to fight but Bellew wouldn't, could the fans start booing him towards the last few rounds? I think its possible. The crowd went very quiet during the Bernard Hopkins type "masterclass" vs McKenzie.

    I dont think bellew will get the chance to run or box, Cleverly is the faster man & hes going to be all over Tony like a rash pressuring him & throwing leather non-stop, so I think Tonys going to be dragged into the trenches, its going to be a right scrap this one:deal

    no not a chance, i dont see what was wrong with the McKenzie tactics, was showing boxing skills and he won, all that matters at the end of the day

    Have home fans ever turned on a fighter and started cheering his opponent? Can anyone thing of any examples?
