i like bradley over holt. But against hatton i dont see him getting into his rythem when he is effective. Hatton breaks him down over 12 for a ud, i thinj

I think Lazcano has a fair shot at beating Hatton in a rematch outside of england.

Yes I do, I'm not all that sure that I would favor him over Hatton, but more that I actually give him a good shot of pulling the upset. Bradley is very short, but he's also very strong and has a four inch reach over Hatton. I know he's not a big puncher, but seeing him floor Witter and the way he floored Edner Cherry makes me believe that he's accurate enough to catch Hatton right on the button. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not suggestig a ko, but I think Bradley could earn Hattons respect and fight him off when necessary. It's definitely an interestig match up, and I think it would make for a very fan friendly fight too.

Holt would box hatton's ears off and punish him with laser guided right hands all day..

If Pacman wants some at 140, R rated would put him to sleep.

About half a year ago i kinda felt the same way you did about bradley. Right after I watched the Cherry fight but then I went and re-watched the Witter, Cherny and Hatton Malignaggi and Hatton Collazo fights and basically concluded that the only time Bradley could make a dent in his opponent would be when he does that James Toney sholder roll and counter, only problem there is that Hatton's way stronger then Witter of Cherry and this probably wouldn't stop him in his tracts. And even if it does Niether of those guys was very hurt so whose to say Ricky doesn't get back up, take the rest of the round off and then go back to spanking Bradley. More to the point I look at it like this, if Collazo, a south paw counter puncher with significant size advantages over bradley couldn't beat Ricky how is Bradley going to do it?

But honestly who knows I definitely do see a little James toney in this kid. MAybe he impresses me tomorrow night and I change my opinion.

p.s. i think Holts going to win tomorrow night

p.s.s. He's strong yes but Ricky's faced and been affective against stronger guys. Like Urango. Bradley does have the stout/compact/strong body type though and perhaps that along with his inside cute-ness could make a lot of Hatton's work less effective. But even if you're able to nullify a lot of Hatton's work you still run into the same problem Collazo ran into, which lost him the fight, you still have to be able to out work Ricky or you're gonna lose the rounds anyways.

P.s.s.s. I agree it would be an entertaining fan friendly fight. Probably a late rounds TKO or corner stoppage for Hatton.

You make very fine points, and they could be right. I personally haven't analyzed it too closely and I'm more than open to different possible outcomes. I think Bradley will take the W tomorrow, and from what I see of him tomorrow I'll also take into consideration :good

There's a reason Hatton never fought the caliber of fighter Holt and Bradley are...he would lose. He never fought similar fighters coming up so why would he now fight guys like this??? Losing to PBF was a NO-LOSE situation for him....if he loses to Pacman it's a NO-Lose situation for him. In Hatton's eyes, guys like Holt and Bradley "don't bring enough to the table":patsch:-(

I dunno lets see Holt/Bradley and Pacquiao/Hatton first before making predictions on how a fight would turn out

Holt/Bradley winner might not beat Hatton, but I know the accuracy and speed of Holt or Bradley would present match up problems and certainly trouble Hatton

In one of those styles make fights things, I'd favor Holt over Bradley but not over Hatton. I'd favor Bradley over Hatton.

yes whoever wins the fight could beat hatton.

both are decent fighters and a hatton win over them would not be a forgone conclusion.

fight is possible if hatton gets beat by pac and chases a title on his comeback.

if hatton wins , not sure if holt or bradley bring the money hatton would want with them for the risk that they bring.

Well it depends really on whether Cotto beats Clottey. Arum will probably put Cotto/Pac together (win or lose by Pac) if Cotto wins in a big Top Rank only PPV. That would mean Hatton and JMM would be lined up for a clash. That said if JMM and PBF hook up in the summer time, Hatton could be lost.

Also the Holt/Bradley winner is mandated to fight Devon Alexander after this fight. So chances are Hatton would need to take a fill in (Nate Campbell?) before a big unification clash.
