Could there be glass in Loma's chin that, we the viewers have not been made aware of?

In a p4p sense yes but remember that Linares is the bigger man.

Hes fighting larger guys so he may get wobbled or hurt from a single shot but i dont see anyone able to land more then 1 on him as he is so experienced.

If he gets hurt or put down from a good shot u have to the the size disparity into account

    Glass? Very unlikely.

Even if he had an average chin, it makes no difference if no one really tests it. I can't ever remember him taking a fully flush shot to the face.

no, his chin is as world class as the rest of him. even if it was glassy, he is one of the best conditioned athletes ive ever seen in any sport, so recuperation is almost instant. it would take a "that shot would ko any 135lb'er", to crack that mandible.
loma is like when gracie first popped up in mma, changed the game. his training techniques and fighting style will have a bigger impact on the sport than floyd and manny combined.

He’s been punched more times than Rihanna in the olympics and the pros combined and never went down. I dont think he has to worry.

He has multiple lines of defense. First up is his insane defense in itself, he is very hard to hit. Then there is his chin in itself, which has held up for over 400 fights, and is clearly well developed with strengthening exercises. Then there is his unmatched focus, conditioning and ring iq; if he did get hurt he would easily be able to weather any storm and avoid any follow up punches. The only way would be if he got caught cold by a murderous puncher. There aren’t any of those around at the moment.

Mikey Garcia isn’t a puncher. The only reason he was hurting those bums is because he walks around at 175 and was draining down. Mikey still hasn’t fought anyone, and has looked ordinary against the likes of Broner and Martinez. Mikey still doesn’t have even one good win at the world level. I’m more concerned about Linares than I would be Garcia. Linares would also beat Garcia.

So wait, I thought you appreciated defense first fighters that pride themselves on not getting hit clean?

So.... where's the love for Lomachenko MVC? I wouldn't want you to look like a hypocrite or anything.:naughty2:

    So could you clarify?

But we have, he got punched in the face several times clean against Marriaga, that was a risk even Walters was unwilling to take, so that kind of answers your question. Marriaga is a big puncher at FW, I doubt his power would be affected moving 4 pounds North, so yes, Loma can take a puunh.

This weekend Is a win win situation for me.

I think Linares will win and I want Linares to win not because I hate Loma I just like Linares.

That being said I will vote Loma in the league so that if he wins, I also benefit but if he loses I also benefit.

Thank you for reading this pointless post just thought I'd write it anyway, has nothing to do with Lomachenkos chin so allow me to continue this post by getting back onto the topic of discussion

Why does MVC hate Eastern European fighters?
