Could this Boxer be the next big thing?

He's got skills to pay the bills!, He's also with the correct promoter IMO. The standard of opponent needs to be upped. Lowe is a level or two below him and that was target practice but the variety is there alongside a confidence in his work and defensive smarts. Against domestic foes he will be the ring general, just worry he's type of fighter who will be on receiving end of bad decisions..

I don't think he'll be selling out 12,000 seater arena's off strength of his skill and name but he's sort of guy who could be sent abroad and would have no problems setting about winning or defending a title. Eddie's stable is really exciting a wide variety of styles and characters.

 

I've only seen Erick once and he looked top notch, he could go far...

I have seen him a couple of times and to me, he doesn't look all that

 

I saw him fight Nick Quigley he is very skillful but seems to lack real power.

He's quite good from what I remember he tired quite badly against Lowe who seemed to be taking it to him in the last couple of rounds.
I can't really see him making it past domestic/commonwealth level. (which is still an impressive acheivement)

The right decision, IMO.

For the person asking about it, I wouldn't look into it too much. He was simply outworked over four rounds.

 

puts his punches together really well and has a good boxing brain, but doesn't have much in the power department.
