Robert Helenius. I think that he has got all the potential in the world! he looked alright, but anybody can look good against a punching bag. I'll give him this, that was more exciting than the whole fight between vladmir klitschko and sultan ibrigamov where all vlad did was slap down sultans jab
too early to tell, he doesnt look particularly athletic, I think his career will resemble that of Timo Hoffman
I think the answer is a categoric no skinny legs, long skinny neck, small shoulders, shaky defence even against a can
Who knows if it was just because he knew his opposition was so limited, but he repeatedly jumped right in with a lead right hand and then would step straight back. He'll have to watch that against someone who actually has a pulse.
Well true about the can thing, i mean he looked okay against a guy that stood stone still and just hid behind his arms/gloves. He had a nice snappy jab and right combination, but personally i'd like to see a half dozen fights of a fighter before i would understand what kind of will/chin/heart they have and what kind of offensive diversity they hold. Any other clips of this guy?
So you don“t think that this kid has any potential? I was very impressed the way Helenius fought against Islam Timurziev in the 2006 European championship final. That was one of the best amateur-heavyweight fights that I have seen.
