Vitali will be 43 in July. The oldest man to win the heavyweight title is George Foreman, who did it at age 45.

Putin’s mafia like politics and military could make the nation f Ukraine disappear. Suppose politics is no long an option for Vitali.

    He could:

1 ) Stay retired from boxing

2 ) Make a comeback and go for history.

If he were to come back in 2016-2017, would he have enough left to win a world title?

Almost any bozo can pick up a strap these days, so yeah.

Whether he could be the real champ would depend upon what Wlad is doing and who takes his place, and what he has left. No way to know.

My feeling is that he has bigger fish to fry at this time. If Russia swallowed Ukraine (won't happen), my guess is he would have more to do, not less.

A very impressive man, but not a boxer any more.

Where can I manage a bozo? There is a lot of money winning and defending heavyweight belts.

Not any mirror in Scotland for sure. You guys don't have any heavyweight bozos.

If you were looking at a mirror in Scotland you'd still be looking at yourself.

He says he's not coming back. Maybe he changes his mind and possibly picks up an alphabet title, but what if Wlad is still THE champ in 3 years? They're not gonna face each other.

If Wlad was retired then I can't see any reason why he couldn't do it. He's had a long lay off before and come back, he's always in shape and the division is weak.
