Idk about all that. If they could somehow fight at a catchweight under 15 rounds Louis could very likely give him a boxing lesson, but the eras are too different and it wouldnt be fair to either man. Louis gaining an additional 20-30 lbs would inevitably lead to a huge loss in speed and sharpness. If wlads 6'6 shredded 240+ frame suddenly had to lose 20-30 lbs hed be skin and bones with terrible stamina and would have an even harder time taking heavy blows.

Best to just compare resumes and p4p skill against their own rivals.

    Size matters in boxing son

Wlad beats Louis H2H around the ring like a red headed step child who has just been caught thieving.

    Please...

If a prime Wlad struggled against Samuel Peter, I can't imagine what a pre-war Louis would do.

If both fighters had the same preparations, and if Louis had tape to study Wlad's style, I simply don't see how Wlad beats Louis. Those octopus grabs would work when Louis unleashes savage combinations onto Wlad's midsection.

Yeah certainly any adult that saw Louis fight would certainly be deceased now, I suppose if you were a young adult then maybe you could still be around but you'd be so old that you could go any moment. It was 81 years ago when Louis became the champion.

Nah. Louis beat all of his competition whereas Wlad didn't, not his fault that his brother was number two for half his reign but effectively cut completion in half and shared the top spot.

Louis defeated his conquerors bar Rocky when he was shot. He destroyed Schmelling and then beat Walcott who many thought had won, he even gave Conn a second shot after doing so well first time and vanquished him in more efficient style. Wlad didn't even attempt to rematch two of his loses and got big Bro to do it for him.

Defences can't be comoared directly as Louis was 100% champion and Wlad 75% maximum, less for most of his reign.

Wlad best strike was an illegal hold.

I don’t get it? How they would hypothetically fare in an imaginary fight that never happened does not make either one of them greater.

Again I rate Louis on the 1-2 tier and Wlad on the 5-6 tier (although I hate doing so). I still think a case could be made depending upon how dominant you find Wlads resume in comparison to Joes. I find Joes superior, but to rate Wlad above Louis would not be the most outlandish thing I have heard on this forum.
