Wlad probably goes down within 5 rounds now tbh. Hes nearly 46 and hasnt fought in almost 5 years. I dont really buy into the idea that AJ is worse now either, he was just smashing mostly cans before Wlad and then fighting top 10 level guys after.
There's no "might be" about it: the Ruiz I expeeience has made Joshua completely gushy and timorous, to the point where he just one-two'd and ran from Ruiz for pretty much all of the rematch.
Although Joshua has clearly something holding him back mentally I think Vlad's inactivity would be the biggest obstacle. The reality is Joshua is still physical prime and Vlad has not fought in several years. He looks like he looks after himself but theres a difference between being fit and being fighting fit and sharp. If Vlad had been active over this time then it's a bit more likely but as it stands Joshua should do him in under 5 rounds.
He's older and been inactive for years. Plus the fact the last time he fought was against AJ and he got wiped out. So no.
