What do you guys think? That was one hell of a right hand. I say he puts them down, but doesn't KO them.

If it doesn't then he better have his track shoes on! That was a perfect punch!

I really just opened the thread to see your avatar....looks like my memory served me right.

Other than that I could care less about the subject of the thread. Thanks anyway buddy your good in my book.

The thread could have said "Wlad teams up with Ivan Drago to finally get the blue print on beating Italians in American flagged trunks" and sure enough I would have opened the thread.

No...I dont think so...unless maybe it was the end of the 12 round and after a serious beating...McCall and Tua's chins are the best in the business...Peter's is not far off...

Anyone can be Ko'd if hit right at the right time in the fight,Tua was Ko'd by Savon in the amatuers and dropped by Rahman in the pro's so I dont think he is immune,If Tua or McCall would have tried to press Lennox in there fights instead of what they did(foughtlike bitches) I think Lewis would have KO'd both

To be fair Tua was like 19 fighting a very experience guy who was basically a pro fighting in the amateurs and the knockdown in the Rahman fight was a balance thing, not what anyone could use as a gauge for whether or not he'd be knocked out by the punch Wladimir landed on Brock.

He is not invulnerable though. Anyone can be KO'd, but I don't see Wladimir or anyone else KOing Tua with a single shot. The shot probably wouldn't have even knocked him down. Might have shaken him up a bit though. Tua has thick neck. I think it would most likely take accumulative punishment for virtually anyone to KO Tua. Just like with Tyson. It would take a beating for him to succumb now unless hit absolutely perfectly at the perfect time square on the button. Even then who knows.

Tua was 17 when he fought Felix Savon, Savon at the time was already a 2 time Olympic Gold Medalist and the greatest ever amteur fighter to never turn pro! It was a boy VS a man. The Rahman knockdown as someone has already eluded to was a balance issue right as the final bell sounded Tua threw a big punch and ended up off balance as Rahman hit him he went down and jumped straight back up like nothing had happend. If he has stayed down or even got up looking hurt id give Rahman credit, but iv seen it happen alot in sparrin where guys get hit with a good shot while off balance but jump up and it hasnt fazed them.

No Wlad Klit wouldnt KO Tua or even Stop him in my opinion even with the shot he hit Brock with. I think it would make Peter and McCall Wobble but not drop them. McCall and Tua have Top 5 chins all time!

In regards to the Lewis fight, Tua stalked Lewis all night it was Lewis who ran! perhaps if Lewis chose to mix it up he wouldnt have been the World Champion at the end of the night"

It was a hell of a punch. Probably not unless he landed it late in the fight, and had his opponent wore down already...but, then again WLAD clocked Peter with a powerful blow late in their fight, and only stunned him for a second. Most guys in the division would probably go down and not get up, those you name here might not even go down though. :smoke

I think it would knock down Peter ... it might stun Tua ... and it might give McCall 2nd thoughts about fighting aggressively.
A couple of those will knock anybody down though.

Tua ate Big Lewis Right hands all night and smiled back at him, I rate a flush Lewis right hand right along side that of Wlads. Lets not forget Wlad has fought Peter and couldnt put him down, Tua and McCalls chin are better than Peters IMO.

How confident would Wlad be of putting the kitcken sink behind a right hand in the chance he misses or Tua slips it and comes right back at him with a left hook?

It was landed on Peter countless times for 12 full rounds and he didn't come close to going down, don't think it'll floor Tua either who has taken punches from the likes of Lewis/Ibeabuchi and many others without problems. McCall, I believe yes, at this stage I don't think that McCall will be able to absorb that kind of power.

Wlad did mostly box Peter and did not seem to put as much power on his shots.
You could see him loadup a lot more in the Brewster rematch because he already knew he could hurt him.

If the rematch happens it should be interesting. Wlad knows he can hurt Peter .. and Peter supposedly has better boxing ability.
