They need time to PED up and get their pedicures. Boxing business realises it can make more money hyping up fights. A fighter can make as much if not more fighting 2/3 tines a year versus 20 due to supply and demand. This is especially true for the PPV kings who are the most protected. Why damage your cash cow if you don't need to?

 

A shot to pieces Gatti fought some regular guys off the street. And he made it look like there were 5 Gattis in the ring against them.

A top 10 ranked fighter would destroy anybody on this site.

 

In fairness is the MMA guy any good in MMA? I bet the kid could beat a lot of low level pro boxers too.

Most on here have no idea! They would get battered by a 16 year old amateur kid that was 3 wins and 6 losses.

Rocky knows how to punch but there levels to this thing. He could knock out the average guy easily.

BTW regular gym goers who are juice heads would get killed by a 130lb fighter.

 

Would be difficult to go down to 168 but I would beat him anytime, anyday.

 

Some people can just fight period and I will wager that there are guys walking around today that would beat the brakes off Fielding and a lot of other professional fighters.
