It doesnt matter whether he gets up within or outwith your count of ten. It goes by the ref - if the ref is at seven, he's not thinking it might be eight or nine since he touched down. He gets up for the ref and if the ref was counting faster or started immediately he would have got up in time too.

 

Err, you might want to check your history on that one...
