Uhh, no? That's what your primary care physician is for you dumbass. You know, that guy who checks up on you once in a while to see if you have signs of terminal disease? Or that guy you call if you start developing symptoms? That guy whose name you have to fill out if you're ever rushed to the ER? You gotta be kidding me. You're a grown ass man right?

That's because well.... They're ****ing stupid. Any doctor, especially a specialist gets remembered for what they do. My parents are both physicians and specialists. I intern and volunteer at a hospital. I'm going into medical school in two years. I know more about this than you do. So please don't try and suggest that people in America don't remember( and by extension don't thank) their doctors and even minor medical staff that help them throughout the course of their lives. I know you want to back Dirrell but you just make yourself look dumb when you say stuff like this.

Well there you go. You love hospitals apparently. Most folks parents arent doctors and they dont volunteer at hospitals, and thus dont care until they get hurt.

Several people have been quoted as saying that very same thing. The fact that you want to be a doctor has nothing to do with whether most people know who their physicians are by name.

They even know the minor medical staff now? So the hot nurse whos only job is to tell me the doctor will be back in a minute is important enough to know by name? Really kid?

In Dirrells case im pretty sure this was the first time seeing this particular specialist, so yeah he probably wouldnt remember.

 

No. It wouldn't. Have you ever been to the ER, or taken anyone there? If not you might be in for a rude awakening. For your sake i hope you get that kind of basic information together or you might find yourself or someone you care about suffering in line while you're trying to remember what that guy's name is.

Actually yes, they do. Nurses do more than walk around like pieces of ass, you know that right? They do 75% of the patient care and brute work in a hospital, especially in any ICU. They spend the most time around patients. When you're in a bed burned all overfrom a factory explosion it sure as **** isn't a doctor turning you over and wiping the blood off your back.

I took my aunt and uncle to the ER before. My uncle didnt know but his wife was with him and she did. Took my aunt and she didnt know, but that might have just been the stroke she just had and we had to call my aunt who is a physician to get her info.
