Hatton isn't fooling anyone with this whole "I'm not going to give someone a career high payday who's been slaging off on me routine". Mayweather talked all types of **** about Hatton for a while before Hatton signed to fight him. Fact of the matter is, this is a risk/reward sport. Witter could be nice as hell to Hatton and still wouldn't get a shot.

I have always said this. He is no good at 147 and is obviously not thinking of facing the top guys at 140.

PLEASE PLEASE no mayweather rematch. people need to realize Hatton was just brittish hype. He is a big guy for his weight class so he has used his size to bully fighters around.
I never saw any talent in him.

 

He had in his contract that he HAD to fight Witter? :huh I never heard of a contract with a stipulation where he HAD to face a guy no matter what. Basically, Witter could lose all his fights, and he'd STILL get to face Hatton? :huh

And that makes him # 1 over everyone else @ 140? Like I told bigreg, Torres and Paulie have as much claim as Witter does. Witter can make himself the unanimous #1 by beating either IMHO.

I will not watch Hatton fight Lezcano or anyone else of that caliber. I will not watch a rematch againts PBF either its utter bull****. Torres has my interest and so does Witter.

I dont care for a Malinaggi fight no interest in that one. Juan Diaz coming up to 140 that would be interesting.....other than that I have no interest in watching Hatton fighting anyone else.

anyhow whitter has foughten through the ranks and his last lost was like 6 years ago or so. he's beaten 2 highly ranked former title holders . has paulie or torres NO. Witter has proven himself and im not saying hatton is always a coward just when it comes to witter.yeah he fought TYSZU and MAyweather but thoughs were break out fights . some of it has to do with moneybut most of it has to do with fear. i've seen this before . you can always see the fear in a mans eyes or tell by his body laguage. or how he talks about a possible fight. and hatton seems scared to fight witter. to me thats my opinion .:yep
