Who was the worst yellow belly you've ever seen, other than Bruce Seldon in his notorious "performance" against Tyson?

    Ill-advised thread title and concept.

I know everyone wants to be virtuous and pat themselves on the back about how all fighters are warriors, but I watched Kermit Cintron leap out of the ring against Paul Williams, claim to have injured his neck by slamming against a TV monitor which actually brushed against his thigh, and leave on a stretcher with a neck brace on. And no injury was ever verified. I think he also cried.

Same guy who cried against Margarito and insisted that a punch by Martinez was actually a headbutt, even with replays clearly showing the opposite.

You have to have at least some degree of courage just to step into a ring.

The question when evaluating a fighter's courage is how much they have beyond just what it requires to do that.

Beetlejuice from Howard Stern’s show had little issue getting in the ring. I’m not calling him a coward, but make what you want of it.

Beetlejuice is a great many things, but a coward isnt one of them

Also my answer to this thread, though i think the title is too far, would probably be Daniel Jacobs vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, whom made up 3 different excuses as to why he quit, proving at least 2 were lies, though probably all 3 were. This was already after missing weight and failing a drug test.

Go step into the ring with a live opponent who’s there to take your head off and tell me about courage.

Stupid post. None of those men are cowards. WHO THE **** ARE YOU TO CALL THEM THAT? You're a 22 year old that knows nothing about this sport or courage. Liston and Duran came from a poverty that most can't comprehend to become world champions. Coward is not a word to associate with either of them.
