    No wonder the imports are poor no warm ups or pad work just straight in the ring

    Total cliche I know but this is the lifeblood of our sport,the people who put in a lot of work for very little reward because of love of the game
    Good to see a bit of media coverage for the lower levels obviously courtesy of buncey

    Aye mate its not ideal is it , in fairness to them some of the imports can be ok but some are pretty poor unfortunatly
