Craig McEwan helps Shawn Porter prepare for his upcoming bout (video)

Thanks Dunky, not sure how how good young Porter is but its good to see Craig talking him up. Some of the coaches at the Wildcard were telling me that Craig was giving him a torrid time when they were first sparring. Craigs getting about 8 rounds a day out of it over and above his training so he`s happy.
Talk of a bout in March and another in May but it looks like Danny Jacobs wont fight him, at least not yet. There seems to be real problems getting him matched up just now and he`s raring to go. Matthew Macklin is over there just now and they`ve been chatting. Craig says he`s a good lad. Hope they get a chance to spar!

 

I would liked to have seen some of said sparring.

 

I can not wait to see him step up. Hopeully it happens this year. Best of luck to the kid.

...and a bum fluff beard. I thinkin general black people should not grow hair over a certain length or at all on the upper lip.


Although to be honest any facial hair on anyone is stupid unless it is a full on viking beard. Booth looked like a slow kid with his little mustache on Friday.

 

dunky i believe craig will be a great ambassodor for scotland and if your correct in what billy nelson was saying shame on him as not only is craig a nice guy he is a pure gentleman and and an excellent prospect to and i hope he goes all the way i believe he better than brittish level now so time will tell
