    I've just spoken to Quillin about fighting McEwan. Article will be on ****** ***** later, hopefully.

    Says he's comfortable at either weight but his preference is 160.

    I guess it's case of whatever opportunity comes up first. 160 is an easier game to get into right now.

    Craig was offered the fight by GB on Friday and accepted it, o if it doesnt happen its notCraigs falt

    McEwan needs to come back to the UK. The Middleweight division is wide open domesticly.

    Pick up the British to build his profile and then push towards world level again. Fights with Barker, Macklin, Murray and a Lee rematch will all be big fights.

    ****** could easialy build him up as a draw in scotland on Ricky Burns undercards and he has some other good scottish fighters like Simpson, Johnson, Simmons, Appleby on his books.

    If he was with ****** he would be WBO world champion by now and ready to move up in weight to fight a dangerous Ausie.

    It'd be nice to see Quillin take on a somewhat undefeated-record-challenging opponent. McEwan would be a decent enough gauge, if not someone who'd pose some real difficulty.

    Reading this forum the last few days it sounds like everyone thinks they are fighting Quillin. The Australian view according to local articles is he's fighting Sam Soliman. But until something is actually signed, who knows.
