if its november 5th it wont be billy nelson. pretty sure for a fight in mexica craig would head out to the US for a training camp to. wont be freddy roach as its pacquiao the next week.

tough fight for craig. good luck to him. hopefully we see it on box nation.

    That's a great double header.

Depends if Quillin makes 160 with his cardio in tact, he always looked a massive supper middle to me. But then again we havent seen Mcewan in over 6 months so he might have a bit of rust himself. Intruiging encounter imo.

Craig has been out of the ring for so long (one fight since July 2010) that he bit Goldenboy's hand off in accepting it. 5 weeks notice against a fighter of this standard is not great and a preparatory fight against someone of a lower standard would have been better but we are where we are.
Billy Nelson will definitely not be in Craig's corner and Craig certainly would not expect him to snub Ricky to be there. Not sure who they will be but there are a number of options in Scotland and the US.
The most important thing now is training and sparring and it will have to be hard and intensive. I imagine Craig has spent today working out his options (and training!) and clarifying who is willing to help and who can't. If he's going to pull this one off he'll need the support of everyone close to him and he knows that he has a lot of goodwill from people on this site.
