He lost lots of rounds. He got buzzled and stunned a few times. He got hurt and cut. He is overrated.
Not really, it’s almost impossible to look good against Porter. crawford is the only man to stop Porter which is impressive to be honest
Anyone who fights Porter will get buzzed, stunned, and hurt at least a few times. The guy is a beast and an elite fighter.
Exposed? Where have you been the last few days seems like everyone on this board thought Porter was gonna take it Bud p4p #1
That's the opposite of being exposed. He was in against an opponent who could operate at the level he could, and he won.
A 34 year old inactive version, who had already decided that was his last fight before retirement. That’s the asterisk next to the win. Plus I thought Porter was controlling a lot of the fight.
Crawford is a good fighter. No doubt about that. But there are a few things to clarify: 1. Crawford ain't a Top 5 P4P boxer right now. There is no way this guy should be ranked there. Usyk, Canelo, Inoue, Taylor and Spence should be there right now in my opinion. 2. Crawford isn't as good as he's advertised by his fanboys. He's very good but not elite. He got his ass kicked by Porter last night and Porter is a great fighter too but usually in close fights with elite guys and that wasn't close at all until his father decided to pack it in for no reason at all. 3. Crawford is absolute boring and unmarketable. Even Bob admitted it in the past. 4. If you look at some H2Hs right now i'd pick Spence over him all day all night. Personally i'd give guys like Ortiz or Ennis pretty good chances to beat him too.
Stop looking for ways to discredit Crawford's win. It's pathetic. You picked Porter to win & you're mad you're prediction was wrong. Take the L & stop being so salty.
I dont think hes that boring, you just have to be able to put pressure on him and make him fight to make it exciting. Porter brought that out of him, but yea i agree i dont feel like hes top 5 p4p. Theres still more work to be done.
