    What kinda weight training is effective for boxing? I definitely lost speed since my boxing days dabbling in weights.

    Olympic lifting and/or the accessory exercises associated with it.
    And/or, a S&C program that emphasizes power and force transfer through the posterior chain, specifically the hips and glutes.

    Glutes, hamstrings, lower back, calves, and hips. Upper back and quads, less so.
