There's a lot of talk about it obviously, Crawford is pretty good / talented, but even at this stage I think the gulf in experience is too much. Pacquiao has fought and beaten better fighters; although he's not the same anymore - he still just beat Tim Bradley and Vargas handidly. Crawford had a tough fight and was hurt against a tiny Gamboa. I don't see anything Crawford does that Pacquaio couldn't handle.
Who has he beat recently that is a better fighter than Crawford? When I say recently I mean the past 3 years. Molina would have made it to 12 against Pac
.. Who has Crawford beaten? A small Gamboa and Postol puts you on Pacquiao's level? Vargas is better then most of the guys Terrance has fought. Bradley would have a shot at beating Crawford. You gotta be kidding me about Molina. I'm not saying Crawford wouldn't be a tough fight, but assuming PAc's still got enough left I think he handles him.
I got Terence Crawford at this point. Dude is a special fighter. He just hasn't fought anyone great. Gamboa is very good though. I think eventually he should move up to 147 and start fighting errol spence, danny garcia, keith thurman, ect. He beats any of those names and he'll be number 1 pound for pound.
Pac will beat Crawford, Pac is not Molina, nowhere nearly as bad......................just do not fight Crawford in his hometown, with his personal referee, judges and boxing commission.............................like SOB Ward always does.............
See I never said Crawford beat anyone better than Pac. The facts are Postol and Gamboa are similar or even better wins than Pac over vargas, bradley, rios, algieri. Is Bradley a betterw in than an undefeated Postol coming off beating Matthyse? Crawford beats the **** out of Pac. I dont think I know. You keep thinking though.
Pac's whole career was him beating slow plodding Mexican fighters and people act like it was something special. Show me him beating a black fighter who was nearly as skilled as Crawford? Wait you can't Young or Old Pac would lose to Crawford. Hell I can't imagine Pac even stepping in the ring with him.
When Crawford said the fight had to happen at 140, even though he would still be bigger than Manny at 147, it told me that he probably doesn't want the fight.
